I first started coaching in 2003, when I worked with survivors of human trafficking. I assisted them with rebuilding their lives and the lives of their families.
In 2009, I was a career coach at The George Washington University. I helped students and alumni write resumes and cover letters, improved their interview skills and assisted those who wanted a career transition.
Now I am a Co-Active coach, helping people make change to get what they truly desire out of life. I love helping people shine and am deeply invested in their personal growth and self discovery.
For many years, I suffered from chronic pain. I went to many specialists hoping to find relief. It wasn’t until I met a gifted energy healer that I finally found a solution. I was so inspired by my healing journey that I learned how to give healing to others.
I’ve practiced energy healing for well over a decade and I rely heavily on my intuition to guide me in each session. I tailor each healing to the individual and allow their body to tell me what it needs in order to restore balance in both the body and mind.
My love for yoga started in 2004 when I was looking for more balance in my life. After my first class I was hooked. I not only felt more energetically grounded but also found that my tender back felt better after each practice. Over the years a consistent yoga practice has been the only thing that helps with both my busy mind and my lower back pain. My family and friends always know when I haven’t been practicing yoga, inevitability my back starts aching and I don’t feel like myself.
