My love for yoga started in 2004 when I was looking for more balance in my life. After my first class I was hooked. I not only felt more energetically grounded but also found that my tender back felt better after each practice. Over the years a consistent yoga practice has been the only thing that helps with both my busy mind and my lower back pain. My family and friends always know when I haven’t been practicing yoga, inevitability my back starts aching and I don’t feel like myself.
Around the same time that I found yoga, I also suffered from chronic pain. For years I went to different specialists hoping to find relief. It wasn’t until I met a gifted energy healer that I finally found a solution. I was so inspired by my healing journey that I learned how to give healing to others.
I’ve practiced energy healing for well over a decade and have been formally trained in reiki but I rely heavily on my intuition to guide me in each session. I tailor each healing to the individual and allow their body to tell me what it needs in order to restore balance in both the body and mind.
