Session Structure
Discovery Session - 90 mins
This initial session is 90 minutes long. The first 30 minutes is an intuitive assessment where I evaluate the underlying problems and do a deep energy healing. I look at your bio energetic field and seven chakras for information pertaining to your unique makeup and what is blocking you from moving forward in your life. As I am doing the assessment, I am also removing blockages and moving energy to create more balance in your body in general. The remaining 60 minutes is spent reviewing your discovery session paperwork and correlating it to the reading. It is through this process that we form a blueprint for our further work together, both what are the key issues to solve, and what order will be the most productive path. This insight allows us to pinpoint where we should be focusing future sessions for maximum impact.
Healing Session - 60 mins
In the first 10 minutes we go over your homework to see what progress was made, where you may need clarity and any other issues that may have arisen. For the majority of the session I am guided on how best to spend the session. I use all three tools (energetic healing, reading and/or intermediary work) to better understand the root of the problem and what can be done to release, remove and/or heal it. In the last 10 minutes we decide what in-between homework or practices you will choose to take on in order to ensure your healing work is continuing to move forward powerfully outside of our sessions.

Working with me
Ongoing Healing Package:
Clients work with me consistently for at least 6 months. This can range from 2 times to 4 times a month, depending on the person and the presenting challenges. Clients are encouraged to email with questions, challenges, success and celebrations.
Client Package: 6 month commitment, working with me 2 times a month or more.
